Below are the 4 different fitness circuits you see on the specified days in the June calendar.
For each circuit, challenge yourself to 1 minute for each move
Repeat circuit 3 times
Total Body Circuit
– weighted plié squat jumps (grab a weight)
– lunge jumps with single arm row (right then left)
– plank to squat (as quickly as possible)
– plié squat with upright row
– push ups
– bicep curls with stationary lunge
– tricep kick backs. With stationary lunge
-tricep dips with cross kick
– squat cross tap
– travel squat
– squat front kick
– squat jump up & back
– squat simple
