March Fitness Challenge

Hey Y’all!
I can’t believe it’s March already! But I’m loving the cool mornings with sunshine in the afternoon and evenings!
I hope this month you’ve already decided you WILL work towards a better YOU!
Get out of your comfort zone and make progress!
Make progress with your mental health, spiritual health, physical health! You were made for more!
To help you get ready for Spring Break and Summer shorts and tanks we are going hard this month with BOOTY and a bit of upper body and core moves to help you tighten up!
Join me for a daily challenge!
Can be done alone or as an add on to your workout!
You’ll perform video 1 on Even Days and video 2 on Odd days!
Each move is 1 minute then you repeat circuit 2 times!
You’ll need to switch sides to complete a circuit!
You’re guaranteed to sweat and make some changes in your body of you keep up with is daily!
