My Ultimate Reset Update
So I wrapped up week 1 of the Rest and now almost completed week 2.
Week 1: RECLAIM phase
Focus on removing animal products and refined foods and adding more veggies.
Week 1 was not bad at all! I really didn’t know what to expect with all the supplements she suggested plan but I was hungry about mid week but then felt full and oz out 4 days in I suddenly had this crazy clear mental clarity! Or mainly just a lot less tired! I’ve kept this which is great! The Alkaline formula is a bit grassy, lol but I know that my body needs to normalize and decrease acidity so for me its worth it!
