Sweet Pepper Bisque

Sweet Potato and Roasted Pepper Bisque

veggies, fruit, reset, nurse , nurse practitioner, healthy , toddler

Sweet Roasted Bisque

1 cup water

1 med sweet potatoe, peeled cubed

1/4 medium red bell pepper

1 tsp finely chopped ginger root

1 1/2 tsp miso paste ( mixed with 2 tbsp hot water)

1 cup vegetable broth

Herbs and Himalayas salt to taste

Roast sweet potatoes and bell pepper

Add all other ingredients into a food processor and blend till smooth

It will be a staple this fall/winter in my house!
