Meat & Veggie Muffins with Cauli-mash 


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Coat muffin pan with coconut or olive oil
  3. Mix all your ingredients together in one large bowl.
  4. Roll the mixture into balls and place in muffin pan. Muffins should be about the size of a racquetball.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes.

Makes 12 muffins.




  • Head of cauliflower 
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic
  • Coconut oil or olive oil
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Directions: chop up cauliflower, cut up garlic and place in roasting pan drizzle oil then sprinkle salt and pepper. Toss and coat!

Roast @ 375 in oven until cauliflower soft and browned on edges

Place cauliflower in food processor with almond milk and blend until cream mash.

Place mash in zip lock bag, cut corner of bag and pipe like on a cupcake
