Easy At Home Fitness for the Busy Mom

I know it’s late in the month, but I am going to start sharing a monthly fitness challenge!

There are 5 days listed with SUNDAY being your day of rest!

For each day you have 4 exercise

You will repeat each CIRCUT 3 times for a total of 25-30 minutes or add 1 round to any cardio routine such as running, cycling, swimming, skating.
