Busy Mom Chicken Salad 

Chicken Salad Made Quick & Easy for the Busy Mom


  • Rotisserie or chicken breast (we meal prep several Breast for the week and use for various meals
  • 1 avocado 
  • 2 tbs greek yogurt
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds 
  • 1 squeezed lemon
  • 5-10 grape halves
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Mix in bowel 

Alternative to topping on bread… Use other half of avocado, use a tomatoes, a salad, lettuce wrap
