Dream BIG!

Today marks a BIG day for me as a Nurse and Nurse Practitioner.

Looking back over the past 10 years, I remember after being in nursing for just 1 year in a small rural town and deciding I had to come to DFW to work at Children’s. I remember the excitement I felt after talking with a recruiter and just visualizing the opportunity ahead. I wanted to see things I would never see and do things I would otherwise never get the opportunity to do. I knew there was more, an opportunity for growth, an opportunity to change my career path and future. I remember leaving a small East Texas town ready to take on something amazing. Along my journey in the first few years in Dallas, I decided I wanted to expand my opportunity to provide higher level of care and take on more responsibility as a Nurse Practitioner. So over the last 10 years, I have been able to experience as serve at Children’s as both a nurse and nurse practitioner.

Looking back over these past 10 years it’s pretty amazing to see God’s hand in everything. I have truly lived in a life of blessings.

Today I celebrate 10 years at an institution that provides great care to children. I look back on the last 10 years at Children’s Medical Center and think of all the amazing things I am taking away and all the wonderful people I have met and became friends with. The things I am taking away personally and professionally are priceless.
A big thank you to the people of children’s you all are angels serving and making a difference in the lives of many children. You ARE Children’s.

Today I start a new journey. Today I take a leap of Faith, I follow my dream. A journey that I have been praying would become a reality for so long.
A journey that will also bring about many new challenges, new successes, new opportunities.

Today I will begin a more committed life as a Beachbody Coach. Today I will make a huge transition to care for the health of so many.
Because of Beachbody I can do what I love, keep myself health and fit and help others do the same.

I am more than excited for a different opportunity to serve, but also for all the positive things this means for me and my family.

Please follow my journey as I continue to build my team and serve you as your health and fitness coach.

Feeling Grateful!
