Homemade Granola Bars

Homemade Granola Bars
(8 ingredients)

So let me make this disclaimer first!!! I do not eat gluten free, grain free, carb free or chocolate free. I do however try and stick with dairy free šŸ™‚ I do not go to particular stores for certain “clean” items mainly because I do not have time right now! I do however try and choose the best options (well I should say I use what my husband gets from the store off the list- as he as been doing the shopping)
So everything I make is very simple and quick and kid friendly!

These granola bars are Tatums “cookies”

Wet ingredients
1 tbs of coconut oil
1 tbs of natural peanut butter
1 pk/scoop of vanilla Shakeology
1/2 cup of almond milk

Blender ingredients
1/4 cup of pecan chips
5 figs
1tbs of honey
(Blend in blender until smooth)

Dry ingredients
1 1/2 cup of oats

Add everything together and press out on wax paper then sprinkle mini chocolate chips and press into mixture

Freeze for 1-2 hours then cut into bars.
I freeze half and refrigerate they other half! Otherwise they would all be gone within a few days!

I keep them refrigerated or they get too soft and crumbly!
